Akhir-akhir ni B sibuk nak kuruskan badan espacially abdominal part. Adalah perubahan. B is getting slimmer with his exercise rountine and new work out gadget. Teringin juga nak ikut B joging petang-petang. Tapi kata B nanti org tengok pelik. Its not because we jog together tapi memang area aku duduk tu takde org joging. B kata dia yang lelaki ni joging pn org dok tengok. hehe..
Furthermore I got of things to settle. Balik keje kenelah masak then kemas umah ala kadar. My life is not that hectic but I would love to spend my time for myself and my hobby. Itulah kadang-kadang keje umah aku tinggal je semata-mata nak menjahit.
Ok back to this exercise thing. So I browse a few site and try to find something that can make me in good shape without going out from my house. Yoga! So these are some example yang aku jumpa.. Akan ku buat sambil-sambil tengok tv hehe.. These steps are specially for abdominal part..
